My name is Jade Yoon

I'm a 3D generalist based in New York City, originally from South Korea. I focus on lighting and texturing, and I love creating visuals that feel atmospheric and emotionally grounded.I started out my journey with traditional Korean painting.  I later studied 2D animation at Hongik University, and then moved into 3D and VFX at the School of Visual Arts in New York. I’m a friendly and communicative artist who enjoys collaborating and bringing ideas to life. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me with a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine), listening to hip-hop or R&B.
